ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase.
• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment through our third-party courier partner.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

• Depending on your location, delivery may take anywhere between 3 to 14 days.
• Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or remote delivery locations.

DAMAGED PARCELS

• While we take great care in packaging, in the rare event that you receive a damaged parcel or torn packaging, please notify us within 3-4 days of receiving the shipment.
• To process your claim, email us at hello@mixxd.in with clear photos of the damaged package. We will assess the issue and work toward a resolution.
