EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing MIXXD. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges only—we do not provide refunds or returns. Please review the details below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

  • Items can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.

  2. Email us at hello@mixxd.in with the subject line: Exchange Request – [Product Name & Size].

  3. We will arrange a pickup from your provided address at no extra cost.

  4. Please send the package to:

PROCESSING TIME

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process the exchange within 15 days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange is approved, allowing you to select a replacement product.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3-4 days of receiving your order.

  • Email us at hello@mixxd.in with clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
