• To initiate an exchange, please email us using the same address linked to your invoice and order tracking. Along with your request, attach a few images showing the product’s condition. Our team will review the request and arrange a pick-up with our courier partners. You’ll receive a confirmation of the pick-up schedule via email or WhatsApp.
• Please ensure the shirt is in its original packaging with tags intact for a smooth exchange process.
